We mailed our 60,000th greeting card in February

In February 2026, we mailed our 60,000th uplifting greeting card! Send A Smile Today mailed our first greeting card in 2014 and since then we have regularly supported nearly 6,000 people across all 50 states who have faced cancer. Our cards provide hope, love and support to those with cancer. We mail greeting cards monthly to those who have signed up on our website to receive cards from Send A Smile Today. Our monthly card subscription service is free thanks to many donors who support our mission that those with cancer know they are never alone.
